God’s kingdom turns the values of the world upside down. While the world measures wealth in money and status, Scripture reveals that God has chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and heirs of His kingdom (James 2:5).

Jesus proclaimed “good news to the poor” (Isaiah 61:1), not because the rich are excluded, but because the kingdom of God operates differently—it is entered by faith, not by wealth, effort, or status. In this kingdom, true riches are found in righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).

Poverty, whether financial or spiritual, can become a powerful platform for faith. Dependence on God, humility, and a willingness to receive are qualities that position people to experience the fullness of His kingdom. Rather than seeing poverty as a limitation, God invites us to see it as an opportunity to grow rich in faith.

The call is simple: shift from the world’s system to God’s kingdom. Live by faith. Trust God daily. Give generously. Ask the Father. See yourself as chosen. And embrace the truth that in Christ, you are not poor—you are rich in faith and invited to inherit an unshakable kingdom.
