Jesus said: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind.” — Luke 10:27
He cares about every part of us. Not just our spiritual life, but our emotional health, mental clarity, and physical well-being too.
In John 10:10, Jesus promises life to the full. That’s not just eternal life one day — it’s a full, fuelled life now. But it starts with His invitation: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
